Strong Women

This class is all about keeping women strong. The focus is on resistance training, with some core and cardio work thrown in. Any woman can do this class! It's perfect for all ages, fitness levels and abilities! And because it is run by an experienced Exercise Physiologist, exercises can easily be changed to suit individuals.

When: Tues 6.45am, Thurs 8am, Fri 7.30am & Sat 9am

Where: Spring into Fitness, Fremantle Oval, Fremantle

Price: $15 per class   OR

10 class pass for $120 (saving $30)

Class is limited to a maximum of 10 people. So make sure you book in!
